Makanya malam itu juga gue acak2 resep2 gue lalu nemu deh resep JCC tadinya mo pake JCC nya para NCCers but sayang disitu tertera pake tepung terigu.. kebeneran tepung terigu gue abis.. hiks. akhirnya pake resep Kyoko aja eh. But, harusnya di loyang 7 inc gue pake loyang 8 inc.&lt;br /&gt;Malem2 jam 12 masih sibuk bekutat sama mixer, hubby sampe geleng2 kepala.&lt;br /&gt;Hasilnya yaa lumayan.. soft banget deh. Trus gue kasih aja Peach Jam, campur air. Karena anak gue seneng bermain sama polymer clay, dia suka bikin bentuk lucu2 lalu dibakar. Waktu dia lagi bikin holder buat pensil dia bentuk kelinci.. aku jadi tiru aja buatannya dia, tapi gue bikin pake fondant. (ehhhmm ga terasa deh dah lama .. Alhamdulillah).&lt;br /&gt;Jadi gue bikin ini dengan penuh cinta .. sepenuh hati ini mencintai hubby (hu-huyyyy).&lt;br /&gt;Instruktur gue Tracy ngelepas gue begitu aja. Dia ngeliatin dan ngasih tau kalo2 ada yang salah doank.&lt;br /&gt;Kue dasar gue bikin dari rumah yaitu pake devil cake. Gila booo semaleman gue bakar kue ampe jam 1 malem. Untuk cover kue gue putusin pake bc ajah. Emang tuh jenk Tracy ngebebasin mo milih apa aja, fondant or bc. Berhubung gue bermasalah ama ngoles2 BC, akhirnya gue pilih apa yang gue ga bisa. Malam itu semua beres. Bunga udah dibikin sorenya, untuk bunga mawar gue bikin dari fondant. Gue pilih bunga mawarnya merah .. karena ciee.. dulu mantan pacar kalo ngapel suka bawain bunga mawar warnanya seperti ini..(ehm...ehmm).&lt;br /&gt;Begitu masuk kelas.. cihuuyy.. rada2 gemeteran soale ini kelas terakhir. Tracy kasih gue petunjuk2 sebelom gue tempur.&lt;br /&gt;Teteeerreeettt .. eng..ing..eng.. mulailah tangan2 gue nyusun bunga n bikin daon2nya dari bc. Waktu bikin border, gue disuruh milih mau border apaan dari kursus I apa II... gue maen nyamber aja..gue mo bikin model border ndiri ah. Ya udah dia bilang terserah deh.&lt;br /&gt;Sejam bertempur ma kue mulai dari masang tiang2nya ampe satu daun terakhir. Crreennkkk.&lt;br /&gt;Psttt.. Ada yang bikin gue terharu banget. Pagi itu sebelom berangkat, tiba2 anak gue yang gede bilang : "Ibu ini bunga dari fondant buat hadiah anniversary Ibu ama Ayah dari kakak.. selamat ya Bu" Ternyata selama gue bikin bunga dia emang suka bantuin n ngeliatin, diem2 subuh dia bangun trus ambil alat2 wilton gue ke kamarnya, lalu bikin disitu. Dia ngasih sambil meluk gue.&lt;br /&gt;Akhirnya bunganya gue pajang di paling atas. Waktu dia jemput kelar kelas gue.. dia ceria banget matanya berbinar-binar liat bunganya dipajang, lalu dia tanya kok diatas cuman tiga bu? Gue jawab.. " Ini orang2 yang ibu sayangin, kakak (sambil nunjuk bunga yang dia bikin), ade n ayah" .. Dia senyum dan ceria banget padahal dia lagi demam saat itu.&lt;br /&gt;Tracy bilang ama hubby, ini kue didecor penuh cinta.. wakkakakak.&lt;br /&gt;Yah.. semua buat orang2 yang gue sayangin n cintai.. thank all for everything juga special buat hubby yang nyuport banged2. Karena dingin masak yang anget2 aacchhh...&lt;br /&gt;Bikin deh bakso n pangsit.. Baksonya ada baso goreng, baso biasa n baso isi telur puyuh...sedang pangsitnya ada pangsit rebus n pangsit goreng...&lt;br /&gt;Sumber resep diambil dari Sedap Sekejap (edisi ultah anak) n NCCers(Mba Yenny-Vennesa n Mba Ine) tapi ada beberapa bahan yang gue modifikasi.. lumayan juga hasilnya... panas..panas..pangsit.&lt;br /&gt;Kuahnya kaldu ayam ehhmm sedeeepppp.&lt;br /&gt;Ini resepnya:&lt;br /&gt;Bakso goreng:&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;100 gr udang cincang&lt;br /&gt;100 gr ayam cincang&lt;br /&gt;100 gr sagu&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur .&lt;br /&gt;garam&lt;br /&gt;lada&lt;br /&gt;gula&lt;br /&gt;cara buatnya:&lt;br /&gt;Semua bahan diaduk jadi satu&lt;br /&gt;Goreng bulat-bulat diatas minyak panas sampe warna kecoklatan..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yang bakso isi telur gue siapin telur puyuh, trus adonan dan banyaknya bahan sama tapi untuk daging ayam gue ganti daging sapi trus baso biasa yaa ga pake telor puyuh...kosongan aja.&lt;br /&gt;Cara buatnya: semua bahan diaduk jadi satu hingga rata, siapkan air panas untuk rebusan bakso, bentuk bulat2 cemplungin deh tuh ke air mendidih.. kalo si bakso sudah berenang2  melayang dengan mulusnya di panci..tandanya dah mateng.&lt;br /&gt;Sisa adonan keduanya gue bikin pangsit, yang satu pangsit goreng dan yang satu lagi pangsit rebus.. geer ..seger dehh.... Kulit pangsit.ehmm jangan tanyakan padaku karena ku tak tauuuu.. alias kulit pangsit beli deh.. wonton.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Buat kuah baksonya gue pake kaldu ayam, dikasih garem, merica dan jahe dikit.. biar anget. Tiap kali ke Oki di jalan guntur, ga boleh engga kudu bin harus beli ini makanan. Unik cara bikinnya ga perlu oven, panggang bahkan goreng sekalipun.. eenakk .. Gue bikin kemaren malem dibantu ama si sulung, berhasilah gue nakluk-in si Tiramisu yang katanya konon arti nginglishnya tuh pick me up..&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2 kue sempet nginep seminggu di kulkas karena gue kegedean malesnya...&lt;br /&gt;Resep gue ambil dari kemasannya mascarpone. Kebiasaan pake juru ulek kampung halaman seehh..ya gini ini...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bungkus tempe (8 oz)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 1/2 cup tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;- 1 3/4 air&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tangkai bawang daun iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;- minyak goreng untuk menggorengnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu: semuaa perbubukan&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tsp tumbar bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tsp bawang putih bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tsp kunyit bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tsp merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 3/4 tsp garam (sesuai selera)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;caranya: campur semua bahan aduk sampe rata. Iris tempe tipis2.. panaskan minyak, lalu celupkan irisan tempe ke adonan tepung. Langsung goreng.. srreeennggg.. angkat tiriskan. Siap dimakan.&lt;br /&gt;Biasanya kl di iris2 tipis tempe dari 1 bungkus jadinya 18-20 biji mendoan.&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu ada sisa..taro deh dikulkas.. tapi jangan kelamaann.. tutup rapet jangan lupa. Dimana-mana kl pas jalan pasti aja kudu n harus mampir..&lt;br /&gt;sampe2 sepantura apal tempat dimana ayam ini berada.. di Brebes, di Tegal, Pemalang, Semarang, Jogja, arah Jogja-Solo deket Prambanan, di Tandean Jakarta, di Bandung, Surabaya.. wah pokoknya suatu kewajiban deh..apalagi kriuk2nya..ehhmmm uueenaakk bangedddd.&lt;br /&gt;Tadi coba bikin.. tapi huuaaaa... gorengnya keasyikkan, apinya kegedean..jadi warnanya tak seindah warna aslinya yang mereka jual.. (ga apa, ibu kan udah bisa masaknya.. gitu kata anak gue), dan mereka bilang..rasanya ok kok.. hubby bilang.. mendekati laaahhh... siiipp. Anak2 malah seru banget makan kriuk2kannya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 600 gr ayam (cuci bersih bagi 2 bagian)&lt;br /&gt;- 2 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;- 3 sdm tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdm baking soda&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bahan yang dihaluskan&lt;br /&gt;- 7 butir kemiri&lt;br /&gt;- 7 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;- 300 ml santan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara:&lt;br /&gt;Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan lalu di rebus diatas api sedang selama 2 jam&lt;br /&gt;dengan air santan, masukkan daun sereh. Setelah 2 jam, angkat ayam( sisihkan) dari sisa air santan dan bumbu halus. Goreng ayam hingga warna kecoklatan, angkat, tiriskan. Campur sisa santan dan bumbu halus dengan tepung beras dan baking soda. aduk hingga rata. Goreng diatas api sedang hingga warna kecoklatan. Angkat dan setelah ditiriskan gabungkan dengan ayam yang sudah digoreng tadi.. Dimakan pake lalapan n sambal terasi...duh sedeep nasi anget2.&lt;br /&gt;(bisa untuk 3 orangan nih). Masak bareng anak2.. oreonya banyak dimakanin mereka..untungnya belanja oreo dilebihin ..kl ga alamat kehabisan bahan deh..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pkg( 1lb 2 oz) Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted&lt;br /&gt;4 pkg (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened&lt;br /&gt;1 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp vanila&lt;br /&gt;1 cup Breakstone or Knudsen Sour cream (aku pake merk lain)&lt;br /&gt;4 eggs&lt;br /&gt;cara buwat:&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 325 F of the cookies in food processor container: cover. Process 30 to 45 sec&lt;br /&gt;or until finely ground. Add butter: mix well. Arrange the beans, potato, bean sprouts, and cabbage. On the top, put the slice of tomato and hard boiled.&lt;br /&gt;for sauce:&lt;br /&gt;Place all the sauce ingred in a small pan and bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. (gitu deh kl pemalas mah).. biar ah..yang pasti hubby tambah sayang ama gue..kl pas bikin cemilan yg dia suka.. cieeee.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gini resepna:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bungkus lady fish (pasta ikan)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bawang bombay di cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 bungkus wortel irisan&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt bawang putih bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 1 pak kulit pangsit&lt;br /&gt;temen makan bareng somay:&lt;br /&gt;- 2 kotak tahu (dipotong kecil2 segitiga, trus rendem air garem)&lt;br /&gt;- 3 butir telur direbus (ini dipake kl lagi rajin ajah)&lt;br /&gt;(kl pas lagi mo ngirim or waktu itu sempet bwa somay ke International Parent Meeting di sklhnya anak2.. aku lengkapi ama rebusan kol yang dilipet-lipet trus ama rebusan kentang. Tapi kl untuk hari2 mah cukup somay aja ama tahunya..siiieepp).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bumbu kacangnya:&lt;br /&gt;- 250 gr kacang tanah goreng&lt;br /&gt;- 2 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm gula merah yang udah disisir&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 sdt garem&lt;br /&gt;- 3 bh rawit (segini aja dah pedes kata gue seh)&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 cup air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pelengkap:&lt;br /&gt;kecap&lt;br /&gt;kerupuk udang&lt;br /&gt;bawang goreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara buat:&lt;br /&gt;Siapin air di rice cooker, aduk pasta ikan, bawang bombay, bawang putih bubuk dan wortel.. sampai tercampur rata.. mulai masukkan ke kulit pangsit sebanyak 1 sendok makan/kulit pangsit. Resep aslinya sih ukurannya ga segini.. ini diambil setengah resep aja.. n di modifikasi sendiri.. hasilnya..ehmm enak juga lhooo...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 452 gr krim Cis ( 2 pak.. satu paknya 226 gr)&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdt terigu&lt;br /&gt;- 2 telur&lt;br /&gt;- 125 gr sour cream&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt vanila ekstrak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara buwat:&lt;br /&gt;Panasin dulu oven di 180 derajat celcius.. trus alasi loyang bulet 10" sama kertas kuwe atawa wax paper ya. Kocok krim sis, gula n tepung sampai tercampur rata (pake kecepetan medium mixerna). Masukin telor atu2 sambil kecepatan mixer dikurangi jadi selowww...Masukkin si sour cream n vanila.. aduk pake spatula.. setelah tercampur rata.. masuk ke loyang.. dan dimasukkan ke oven kur-leb 45 menit. Matiin oven.. biarkan loyang didalamnya sambil loyang dibuka setengah sampe rada dingin. Setelah itu keluarkan disuhu ruangan selama sejam.. lalu masukkan ke kulkas.. siap di makan setelah 4 jam bersarang dikulkas.. ato semaleman.&lt;br /&gt;makanan ini enak dimakan dingin2..&lt;br /&gt;Untuk hiasan aku pake:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 pak crim cis.. (226 gr)&lt;br /&gt;- beberapa potong buah strawberry..&lt;br /&gt;caranya : aduk krim cis sampe lembut.. oles ke permukaan cis kek tadi.. Akhirnya.. besoknya dirumah ku bikin aja..(sepulang dari rm cina gue lsg minta anter buat blanja bahan bow).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 300 gr fillet ayam, potong2 persegi panjang (sesuai selera deh)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bawang bombay ukuran sedeng iris seperti korek api&lt;br /&gt;- 1 buah wortel iris sesuai selera juga&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gr kapri , boleh diiris boleh utuh&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 kaleng nenas (emang paling seger dari nenas asli lho..tp maren males ngupas), tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;- 1 buah paprika hijau, potong kotak2&lt;br /&gt;- 1 siung bawang putih, digeprek aja&lt;br /&gt;- garam (sesuai selera)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdt tepung maizena (dilarutin di sedikit air)&lt;br /&gt;- 100 ml air&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm minyak sayur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara buat:&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang bombay n bawang putih, masukin ayam, aduk sampai berubah warna. Taburi garam dan gula..aduk. Tuang air, setelah agak mendidih, masukkan larutan tepung maizena, masuk wortel, kapri n paprika hijau, juga nenas.. aduk sebentar. Rencana sih mo dibikin sayur bening cumi jamur.. tapi begitu tadi buka kulkas ah rasanya pengen yang lain mumpung anak2 libur bisa buat makan siang.&lt;br /&gt;Trus ngarang sendiri bumbunya.. ga taunya kok lumayan enak ya.. apalagi makan pake kerupuk kampung( dulu di Ina bilangnya gitu, kemaren nemu di global market niy jadi inget tukang kerupuk di Bandung). Makan pake nasi anget2.. anak2 ternyata nikmati juga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 300 gr Cumi, bersihkan  lalu iris menyerupai cincin&lt;br /&gt;- 250 gr Jamur kancing, iris ga terlalu tipis sih sedeng aja.&lt;br /&gt;- 4 bh bawang merah diiris tipis&lt;br /&gt;- 3 siung bawang putih diiris tipis&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tangkai daun bawang diiris&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ruas jari laos digeprek&lt;br /&gt;- 2 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bh tomat (kecil aja), iris kotak2&lt;br /&gt;- cabe merah kalo suka&lt;br /&gt;- 50 ml air&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm minyak sayur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara buatnya:&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih setelah wangi masukkan cumi, tambahkan air dan masukkan laos, daun salam, garam dan gula, aduk .. lalu masukkan jamur. masak sampai jamur dan cumi empuk lalu air berkurang. Mungkin dah umum tapi ini roti chesse bakar .Ini dia yang nyiptain resepnya..Katanya "Bu, gemana kl rotinya dibuat seperti..bla..bla..bla..dia kasih ide itu." Paginya bikin tuh kuah untuk sarapan ada sisa..iseng2 dicampur pake pelengkap sayur laksa n kebeneran ada lontong sisa sate semalem..jadi deh lontong laksa.. (misoa bilang dih gampang amat--- tapi enak kan yankk.... --he...he)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 daging ayam (paling enak bagian dada),&lt;br /&gt;- 2000 ml air&lt;br /&gt;- 2 piring nasi (hi..hi aku kl bikin bubur ga pernah dari beras..kelemean..mending dari nasi cepet)&lt;br /&gt;bumbu:&lt;br /&gt;- 5 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;- 5 bawang merah, iris kasar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;- 5 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pelengkap:&lt;br /&gt;- Cakue, bawang goreng, kerupuk, kecap asin dan manis, irisan bawang daun, kuah, dan sambal (kl doyan), suiran ayam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara buat:&lt;br /&gt;Rebus ayam sampai empuk angkat sisihkan. Ambil 1500 ml kaldu(dari rebusan ayam), didihkan lalu masukan nasi. Aduk perlahan sambil masukkan bumbu (buat yang suka asin test lagi ya buburnya). Aduk hingga nasi menjadi bubur. Goreng ayam hingga kecoklatan, lalu di suwir or di iris kecil2 untuk pelengkap. (bisa untuk 7 - 8 porsi)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk Kuah:&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 400 ml kaldu ayam (biasanya kuambil dari sisa kaldu rebusan untuk bubur ayam)&lt;br /&gt;- 200 ml santan encer&lt;br /&gt;- 400 ml santan kentel&lt;br /&gt;- 3 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt gula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bumbu yang dihaluskan:&lt;br /&gt;- 5 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;- 6 siung bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cm kunyit&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt tumbar&lt;br /&gt;- 3 butir kemiri&lt;br /&gt;- 1 1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dimemaskan:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 btg sere&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cm jahe&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cm lengkuas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan, lalu masukan bumbu yang dimemarkan dan salam, tuang kaldu, santan encer dan santan kental.Aduk hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Cara penyajian bubur ayam pake kuah ini: kuahnya cukup satu sendok sayur..atau menurut selera aja.&lt;br /&gt;Nah.. Pesen itu, tnyt rasana enak. Ku rasa2 kira2 apa aja neh bumbuna.. Dua hari kemudian gue beli ubi, gue coba2 iseng biqn..trnyt lumayan..sama rasanya..trus gue call deh si Kattie n ngasih tau resep hasil coba2..rupanya doi langsung biqn juga..trus ngontak gue n katanya hasilna emang cocok banged..waah seneng dach gue dan kebeneran anak gue juga doyan. Jg anaknya Kattie yang baru numbuh gigi..suka banget. Gini resepna:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 250 gr Ubi, dikukus lalu dihaluskan&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cup air mateng&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 sdt kayu manis bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 1 1/2 gula pasir (untuk ini selera kali ya ato yang pas kebetulan dapet ubi manis lebih enak tuh)&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdm tepung maizena (larutkan dgn sedikit air)&lt;br /&gt;untuk bahan taburan:&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdt brown sugar (gula merah bubuk)&lt;br /&gt;- merica sedikit (selera ajah)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya: Ubi yang sudah dihaluskan dicampur dengan air lalu saring. Makanan paling sering gue bikin. Ilhamnya dateng pas ujan gede ga ada makanan dirumah.. mau turun males. Waktu itu masih berdua ama si kakang mas..blom punya momongan.. dirumah ga ada bahan kecuali pisang raja. Trus keingetan deh pas di Bandung kl cari cemilan ke pasar beli pisang bakar. Terciptalah sebuah resep...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 3 buah pisang raja (pisang ambon juga boleh)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm meses coklat(or warna warni)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm susu kental manis&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdm keju cheddar parut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara buat:&lt;br /&gt;Belah pisang menjadi 2 bagian, lalu bakar pisang diatas kompor (kalo ada bakaran boleh, kalo ga ada bakaran di wajan aja yang sebelomnya diolesi mentega) hingga berubah warna. angkat.. beri taburan meses, keju dan keju cheddar.&lt;br /&gt;catatan.. kalo ga suka manis ga dikasih susu juga boleh dan di beri kacang cincang sebelomnya juga ok.masalah taburan sesuai selera aja. Jadi.. akhirnya kita ciptakan sebuah resep yang basicnya caranya kita liat di majalah sementara takaran dan bahan kita cuman ngeraba-raba ajah.&lt;br /&gt;Ternyata..sekali bikin berhasil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;bahan dalam&lt;br /&gt;250 gr daging ayam cincang&lt;br /&gt;2 btr telur, kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;bahan luar&lt;br /&gt;100 gr tepung panir/roti&lt;br /&gt;2 telur kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu dihaluskan:&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt merica bila suka&lt;br /&gt;3 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara m'buatnya:&lt;br /&gt;-Aduk sampai rata daging ayam cincang, telur n bahan yang dihaluskan. Tuang kedalam wadah anti panas (loyang juga boleh) yang sebelumnya dialasi plastik dan diolesi minyak.&lt;br /&gt;- Kukus bahan Nugget selama 25 menit, angkat dan biarkan dingin. Setelah dingin potong2 menurut selera&lt;br /&gt;- Celupkan ke dalam telur yang sudah dikocok lepas lalu gulingkan dan lumuri ke tepung roti, selanjutnya goreng diminyak yang panas sampai matang (kecoklatan)&lt;br /&gt;Tips niy...&lt;br /&gt;agar hasilnya bagus n rada tebel..pada proses pencelupan kedalam telur dan pelumuran ke tepung roti dilakukan dua kali. Pas dipraktekin ehmm..enak juga. Ternyata bahannya ga sulit n ga usah pake tepung khusus..pake tepung terigu biasa juga bisa..n hasilnya..fried chicken manapun kalah rasanya...he..he. Ini resep kedua yang mertuaku turunin waktu 2 minggu setelah merit.&lt;br /&gt;Gini resepna :&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 ekor ayam (ada dada, ada paha juga sayap..tapi gue paling suka sayap..soalnya banyak tulangnya) or 1/2 kg ayam.&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;- 150 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu yang dihaluskan:&lt;br /&gt;- 4 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ruas jari jahe&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;- garam sesuai selera&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara m'buat:&lt;br /&gt;Lumuri ayam(pastinya setelah dicuci bersih donk) dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan, diamkan sejenak( kurang lebih 30 menit).&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak di wajan, masukan telur ke adonan ayam aduk sampai rata. Ambil satu potong ayam lalu gulingkan ke tepung terigu. Lalu masukan ke minyak yang sudah mendidih. Lanjutkan sampai habis.&lt;br /&gt;Masak sampai berwarna kecoklatan. (jangan gosong kecuali kalo lagi selera gosong ;)) )&lt;br /&gt;Tips...: cieee ada tipsnya neh..&lt;br /&gt;Enaknya menggoreng ini ayam di wajan yang menyerupai panci..artinya yang tinggi(kl gue emang sering goreng dipanci abis ga punya wajan khusus buat ayam seh), diminyak yang banyak. usahakan ayam terendam minyak. Jangan terlalu banyak membolak balikan ayam saat ayam itu digoreng..cukup 2 kali membalikkan. gitu deh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cerita nih.&lt;br /&gt;Semenjak di Amrik..berkembanglah kemalasanku dalam hal ngulek mengulek. Karena bumbu2 yang dihaluskan telah tersedia dengan indahnya. Trus besoknya eee pengen lagi.. tapi ternyata tokonya tutup. Cemberut!!Trus hubby bilang..udah beli aja bahannya..bisa ga bikinnya.&lt;br /&gt;karena saking pengen.nekad deh. Akhirnya ke gelael di Ciputra Mall. Untuk kulit nya ini yang males. Pas iseng2 nemu TVJ kulit lumpia(spring roll) sedapppp... akhirnya kubeli dan kucipta-cipta resepnya.&lt;br /&gt;Dan dari beberapa kali percobaan..gagal..lalu setengah putus asa..akhirnya berhasil juga..rasanya menurut yang bikin mah sama..dan my hubby bilang..enak lho bu..bener..serius..&lt;br /&gt;berbunga-bungalah hatiku.&lt;br /&gt;waktu ke Amrik bingung untuk cari kulitnya..begitu ke global market..waaa nemu yang sama merknya..jadi karena udah cinta n ngerasa udah klop ama tvj spring roll akhirnya kupakai sebagai kulit. Alhasil pas pengajian pertama ku bikin dulu martabak dgn kulit itu dan pengajian berikutnya ku buat risoles.&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;bahan kulit:&lt;br /&gt;- tvj spring roll (merk lain juga blh sih) yg ukuran 125mm x 125mm/ 50 lembar&lt;br /&gt;bahan balutan:&lt;br /&gt;- 2 btr telur kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;- 150 gr tepung panir (bread crumb)&lt;br /&gt;bahan roughut/isi:&lt;br /&gt;- 2 buah wortel (potong dadu kecil2) &gt;*&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gr buncis ( krg lbh 15-20 biji) iris tipis2&lt;br /&gt;- 150 gr kentang (potong dadu)&lt;br /&gt;- 2 butir telur ayam (rebus lalu dipotong-potong kotak&gt;*&lt;br /&gt;- 2 lembar keju cheedar(kl suka)&lt;br /&gt;- 100 ml air matang&lt;br /&gt;- 1 btr bawang bombay, cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cup susu cair&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt garam (selera sih)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm gula (kembali selera juga)&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdm tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;- Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai matang, masukan wortel, buncis, garam, gula dan kentang aduk beri air, biarkan beberapa saat sampai wortel, kentang dan buncis terasa empuk. Masukkan keju dan tuang kan susu cair. aduk rata, masukkan telur dan tepung terigu. Aduk sampai bahan terasa kental. angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Siapkan bahan kulit dan balutan. Masukan bahan roughut sebanyak 1 sdm ke kulit lalu lipat, celupkan ke telur dan gulingkan di tepung panir..lalu goreng diatas api sedang. setelah kecoklatan diangkat dan siap dihidangkan. Ditemani kopi dan teh manis.Bahan untuk 50 buah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;sekedar catatan&lt;/span&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&gt;* Untuk wortel semenjak di amrik gue suka beli yang udah irisan ada di shop n save ama snuck&lt;br /&gt;untuk bandingan satu bungkus bisa pengganti 2 wortel yang gede2.&lt;br /&gt;&gt;* sebagai variasi kalo ga suka telor rebus isi bisa diganti sama daging cincang ato daging ayam, tapi daging tersebut dimasak sebelom kita memasukan wortel dan bahan lainnya.&lt;br /&gt;&gt;* Kl ada sisa bahan roughut, dulu anakku yang sulung masih tkl seneng roti yang diisi roghut untuk dibawa kesekolah untuk bekel...caranya:&lt;br /&gt;- roti tawar 4 lembar.&lt;br /&gt;- 5 sdm susu cair(tuang ke piring)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 btr telur dikocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;cara buatnya:&lt;br /&gt;Bolak balikkan roti di susu cair, isi salah satu lembaran roti dengan roughut, lalu ditutup dengan roti lainnya lalu potong menjadi dua membentuk segitiga.Celupkan ke dalam telur kocok lalu goreng diatas minyak sedang. Mau tau resepnya..sini..sini duduk deket komputer dan baca deh..abis itu blanja bahannya dan coba bikin..&lt;br /&gt;Oh ya mau tau komentar my hubby and mutiara2ku tentang si CheeseCake nya.."bu, keasemaaann.. ayah makan ga pake selainya deh.."..walaaahhhhhh @!$#@%$&amp;amp;^(*( si ibu cemberut..ehmmm..tapi tenang kok resep ini dah di robah dan udah dicoba lagi.. ternyata asem karena slai yang kupakai kebanyakan, saking sumangetttt!!!&lt;br /&gt;Ini dia resepna...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Kulit&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 200 gr kue mari regal, ditumbuk dihaluskan (kalo di amrik kl mau beli bahan kulit pie yang dah jadi/ crust)&lt;br /&gt;- 8 sendok makan mentega (dicairkan)&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sendok makan gula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cheesecakenya I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 450 gr cream cheese&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 100 gr gula pasir&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 170 gr coklat masak putih( white chocolate) ,lelehkan&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 2 butir telor&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cheesecake II&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 250 gr coklat putih&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 125 gr mentega&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 450 gr cream cheese, dihaluskan&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 1 sendok makan peresan air lemon&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Hiasan&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 5 sendok makan selai strawberry ato raspberry&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cara buatnya:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Campur kue mari yang sudah dihaluskan dengan mentega cair n gula. Setelah tercampur rata, masukan ke dalam loyang 9" lalu ditekan-tekan, sampai padat.sisihkan.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cara membuat cheesecake I, cairkan coklat putih(caranya sih ditim seperti biasa).Lalu tempatkan di mangkok dengan creamcheese dan gula, aduk selama 3 menit atau sampai terlihat rata, campurkan telur keadonan creamcheese.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Masukan adonan I ke adonan kulit, sedikit demi sedikit sampai rata dan semua adonan habis. Lalu bakar diatas oven 180 C. masak selama 1 jam or sampai kelihatan kecoklatan (tapi jangan terlalu coklat itu namanya gosong!!! qeqe)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dinginkan cheesecake di suhu ruangan, setelah dingin masukkan ke kulkas. 250 g gula merah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;- 1 cup air&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(tips: kl mo enak..boleh tuy dikasih nangka..or essen duren).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pelengkap:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;- kelapa parut yang sudah dikukus terlebih dahulu..maksudnya biar ga basi gituw&lt;/span&gt;..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara bikin neh:..(sama sih seperti bikin lontong).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Rebus air dalam panci, cuci beras ketan, bentuk menyerupai lontong, msukan kedalam panci isi air mendidih..rebus selama kurang lebih 1.5 jam. Angkat dan tiriskan dalam posisi berdiri (ngertikan..itu biar airnya turun) setelah dingin (tunggu sampai mengeras) baru bisa disajikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Untuk saos:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Didihkan air dan masukan gula merah, aduk sampai mengental.&lt;br /&gt;Cara menghidangkan potong lupisnya beri saos dan taburi kelapa.. sip.. ini resep bisa untuk 8 porsi kok..&lt;br /&gt;Catatan sih..&lt;br /&gt;karena gue ga bisa ngebentuk lontong.. yang bulet bagus gitu..akhrinya gue bungkus dulu itu karton bulet bekas paper towel sama daun pisang.. setelah membentuk buletan..kucabut karton bulet paper towel, nah tuh daun jadi bulet trus dimasukin beras ketan..di kunci pake tusuk gigi..jadi deh bulet seperti lontong.
